Get Bored Effectively
just do nothing sometimes, for god sake!

When was the last time you let yourself do nothing?
These days, the moment we feel bored, we grab our phones, scroll through social media, or check for notifications. But in doing this, we’ve forgotten how to just be bored.

Boredom isn’t bad. It’s how our mind gets a break. It’s how we come up with new ideas or even just feel calm. When we’re always busy—working, studying, or endlessly scrolling—we don’t give our brain the rest it needs.
Doing nothing doesn’t mean wasting time. It means letting yourself slow down, breathe, and notice the world around you.
Look out of the window and watch the hustle of the city or the stillness of the evening sky. Sit in your room and sip chai, letting your thoughts wander without purpose. It’s in these quiet, unplanned moments that creativity strikes and clarity grows. like right now, I’m chilling and watching birds sing and chirping, it is in the moments of silence and peace our brain actually thinks creatively.
In our constant chase for productivity, we miss out on these beautiful, idle experiences that help us reset.
Boredom is an art we need to bring back.
So, stop feeling guilty about not being “productive” all the time. Sometimes, doing nothing is the best thing you can do.
